We welcome purchase suggestion from students and faculty to develop the library collection. All such purchase requests should be mailed to the Librarian at library@christuniversity.in. Students should route their purchase requests through their department head and class teacher. As a general principle, the Library can have a maximum of 5 copies of a textbook and one subscription for a journal. The library does not purchase duplicate copies of any material. Where duplication is requested, it must be related to use of the material.

The Library has an Online Public Access Catalogue (OPAC) terminals at various locations inside the library. You can search a book Author wise, Title wise, Subject wise, with ISBN codes and using keywords; review items checked out; determine return date conveniently from home or wherever the internet is accessible. The arrangement of books is according to the 22nd edition of the DeweyDecimal Classification, a classification scheme followed by all libraries.
